Summer Harvest Hunt: Prism & Sakide

The Summer Harvest Hunt, sponsored by The Ego Co.,  starts in just a few days on September 1st and trust me this is one hunt you do not want to miss!  There are so many incredible designers taking part and the items are just amazing!  Today I’m just showing you a few of those items that you can pick up for $0L, the awesome chair from Prism Furniture and End of Summer outfit from Sakide.  The outfit from Sakide includes the mesh linen pants and mesh bikinis in white or beige and also includes a summer wrap top that comes in a regular or sheer options.  The chair is a perfect touch to anyone’s outside decor to watch the leaves change colors and the air grow more crisp.  It has some of the cutest animations and is also copy/mod.  For more info on the hunt head on over to The Ego Co. website!

The Fairest of Them All…

My look for today was inspired by the Fairest Of Them All Hunt that is currently going on until September 15th with each item costing $5L.  It is just full of awesome for anyone who is into Snow White, fairies, fantasy and the alike.  I decided to embrace the hunt and try something completely different for me.  I can officially say this is the first time I have ever worn elf ears and fairy wings in SL.  As a matter of fact I fell in love with the wings when I saw them on the FOTA Hunt website which is really what started my interest in putting together this look.  For some reason I just HAD to have them, and they are simply gorgeous along with everything else I have on. 

No enchanted look would be complete without an enchanted backdrop and the Enchanted Forest prop from Sparrowtree Studios fit the bill perfectly.  It is also for the hunt, comes with three different poses and can be used with and without fog.  For more info on the hunt and where to get started just click the website link I have posted above and, as always, happy shopping!

Garage Glam

What can I say, I’m horrible with titles for my posts.  Today is a look I put together with some of my fave pieces from around the grid.  I simply adore ISON and fell in love with this white jumpsuit that went so perfectly with thier white open-toe booties.  Since I was in the mood to be more glam I wore the amazing vintage make-up from Pekka and gorgeous jewelry set from Maxi Gossamer, both of which can still be found at Vintage Fair.  Since I’m such a fan of contrast what better place to take pictures of a glam outfit than in a garage next to garbage bags and  tires.  In all seriousness the smells you find in most garages give me such a warm comforting feeling since my father was a mechanic and growing up always had a car in the garage that he liked to work on.  It’s probably a big reason I grew up being a gal that didn’t mind getting dirty, knows how to change a flat tire and can use power tools better than some men!   That’s all for me, happy shopping! <3

The Summer Harvest Hunt & Vintage Fair

Fall is my absolute favorite time of year, which I have probably told you on this blog a time or two.  Even though it’s been in the 80s in RL I have been working on putting together my autumn skydome for the upcoming season which I hope to have finished in the next week or so.  I’m also super excited for the upcoming Ego Co. Summer Harvest Hunt that will be starting September 1st and running thru Sept 21st! Today I get to show you a sneakpeek of this fabulous new pose prop from Sparrowtree Studios called Sunflowers that will be available for the hunt for only 0L!  It’s so adorable that I  wish it was less prim so that I could use it on my land as a decoration for the whole season!  For more info on the hunt head on over to the The Ego Co. Keeping with my feeling of fall and harvest time I wore this pretty dress by Geometry and Birdy necklace/ring from Glow Studios. You can find both  at the Vintage Fair, which has a few more days left before it closes.  The mesh Daisy dress comes in several different colors and multiple sizes and the jewelry set comes in three different colors, gold(shown), silver and purples.  If you haven’t been to Vintage Fair yet you really need to whether it’s to pick up these great finds or for all the other amazing things there!  Happy Shopping!

Pretty Pastels at ZombiePopcorn

Today I just has to show you some soft and pretty newness from Elly that you can find at the latest ZombiePopcorn Brand.  The set comes in five different colors and all of them are as sweet as the two I’m showing you below.  Going with the easiness of the cotton set are two sexy new hairstyles from Ploom and Exile.  The new hair from Ploom can be found at the newest round of My Attic along with the wonderful new Honey poseset from aDORKable.  I love how she includes mirrors of all her poses, so if one side doesn’t work, you can always try the other! 

Before I scoot I just wanted to say that the last round of ZombiePopcorn will happen on September 1st.  I’m so bummed to see it go since it’s one of my fave events to look forward to, but happy that Jenica’s rl is going so great.  Afterall, RL is always most important! So be sure to get down there for the current round and also for the last round since I’m sure it will be something not to be missed!

This Is My Title

I’m back!  Had a great, but short, trip home to see my family and now it’s back to showing you more awesome from around the grid.  I adore this outfit I put together with mesh top and shorts from Opium, open-toe booties from ISON, and Fedora/Hair from Argrace!  Adding alittle bling to the outfit are the bracelets from SuperBia and Pencil Necklace from Laville.  Helping to show it all off are these fun and flirty poses from Embody!  The new Karolina pack comes with five poses but I am only showing you two of them.  Before I scoot I should say the Opium outfit comes in a large varity of different patterns and colors to choose from and that the fedora color I’m wearing is one of three that were available only for Hair Fair.  Gonna leave it short and sweet for today since I have so much to catch up on.  Happy Shopping!

Beautiful Bilo

Tomorrow I leave town to visit my family for a few days but I wanted to show you this gorgeous dress from Bilo before I did.  It’s not new but I was able to snag it  for her 50% off sale that ends tomorrow August 13th!  I loved it the moment I saw it, perfect fit and perfectly me.  It’s mesh and comes in several sizes as well as several other color prints to choose from.  I fought the crowd the first day of the new and amazing round of Collabor88 the other day to get this hair from [elikaitra] and open-toe booties from ISON.  I can’t even begin to tell you how in love I am with these booties.  You can’t see them well in this pic, but trust me they amazing!  That’s all for me for the next few days, but no worries, I’ll be back before you know it with more goodies to show you!

ZombiePopcorn Meets Vintage Fair

Just a quick post today to show you some of the newness that you can find at the latest round of ZombiePopcorn Brand and more awesome you can find at Vintage Fair.  From ZP we have new mesh eyes from MINA , the unique eyeshadows from PMD and cute loose mesh tanks from Pesca.  The eyes and the eyeshadows come in a variety of color choices and the Pesca tank comes in four different color combinations.  Since the top is alittle loose ya might want to be careful bending over so as to not show too much. *grins*  As soon as I put the top on I knew exactly what  I wanted to wear with it, the awesome new huge bell bottom mesh jeans from Auxiliary that are currently available at Vintage Fair.  Adding the finishing touch are pieces from the new Ninna Collection from {me.} Jewelry that is also available at Vintage Fair.  The pieces are amazing and worth every penny since you can change the stones and metal as well as if you want the extra details or not (I’m showing the more simple version of earrings and necklace here).  That is all for me, happy shopping!
