Newness from Pixel Mode and What Next

Just a quick post today to show you newness from What Next and Pixel Mode.  From What Next is the super cute Lemonade Table that comes with the all the goodies you see on it and is perfect for a party, cafe or a quick lemonade stand.  Then we have the fantastic and versatile hanging chair from Pixel Mode that is currently available at Fameshed.  It comes in four wood colors with three versions of the pillow/blanket combination( I’m showing you combo A).  You are able to change the colors/textures of the blanket and pillows with just a click and the chair has many single animations for both men and women.  This chair is perfect to use inside or outside, like I did, because after all you need somewhere to sit while you try to sell passerby’s lemonade. For a larger view be sure to click the pic and have a good one!

Spring Evening Brights

Just a little something I put together that started with inspiration from Circa Living’s Courtyard Gazebo and then from L&K Prefabs Spring Evening Lights.  I wanted something that was light bright and filled with fun and flowers.

After digging around some in my inventory for most of the goodies I used I went on to Marketplace to look for more flowers and also a new rug.  That’s where I found new to me stores XED Designs and Lok’s for flowers and found another fab rug that I just adore from Bows N Butterflies.

Underwater With The Challenge

Since there were so many awesome goodies from The Challenge this round I decided to do another blog featuring more under the sea awesome.  Cleo Designs put together a bathroom set that is perfect for anyone who wants that beachy feel.  The set includes the shower, sink, toilet, lounger, two bath carpets, lilies,  lights, two shelf units and most of the little details that you see.  The shower and lounger come with both single and couples animations and there are also animations in the toilet and sink.  This set also includes a very large aquarium (not shown).

Other goodies from The Challenge are the Yellow Submarine Light from L&K Prefabs that is an actual working light and comes in two versions straight out and inclined(shown).  From Senzafine there is the  very cool Octopus Accent Table with the cute Seahorse Candles on top that you can get from %Percent in three sizes.  Not part of the Challenge but still something I wanted to mention is the great striped beach rug from Bows N Butterflies that I found on the market place.  It was just so perfect for this room and I found a few other cute rugs there also at an incredible low price.

Garden Newness At Immerse

Immerse has a new fabulous spring time release called Maple Green which is perfect for almost any yard or garden.  The super pretty light wood set is copy/mod and can be mixed or matched to fit your vision.  There is also a bridge that is part of this set that is not shown.  The swing, pillows, picnic table and chairs are all filled with lots of single animations and the swing also includes couples animations.  Since it fit so well with this set I included the new Poet’s Bench from What Next that comes  with a texture change HUD and it’s own set of special single and couple animations as well as add on props.  As always, just click the pics for a larger view.

A Garden Wedding

I absolutely love weddings, I know many people complain about them, but for some reason I just love them.  I think it’s the fact that despite my somewhat touch exterior I’m actually a helpless romantic and a huge softie on the inside.  So you can imagine how excited I was to see this cute Garden Wedding set from L&K Prefabs that you can currently get at the first round of  The Garden.  Luckily for me I’ve run out of space on my parcel of land so I could not buy all the awesome that I saw there, truly a furniture lovers dream come true!

This beautiful rustic wedding set comes with the most of what you see.  The chairs come in four different colors and two styles,  the Bamboo Sofa comes in both with or without the blanket and the fence comes in with four different pieces so that you can personalize it to fit your needs. Actually everything is copy/mod so you can make it just right to fit your own personal vision.  For finishing touches I used the super cute Hearts on a String from 22769 and texture change Party Lanterns from Lisp both also available at The Garden.

I’m super excited to show you some newness today from L&K Prefabs who have just done a huge new release  for their new installation at Kitten’s Heaven Cafe.  For the first week, which started on Thursday 11th until next Thursday all these new items will be available only at this location, then it will be available at their mainstore also.

The super cute little April Shed comes in two versions with or without baked shadows and is 100% mesh, is only a 7×7 footprint and has a very low land impact of only 28 prim.  Even though I’m sure it could be used as a shed or greenhouse I thought it was perfect to turn into a quaint getaway or could be the perfect house for someone who has just a small plot of land.

Most of the goodies inside can also be found at L&K Prefabs like their awesome Jared Couch, Ladder Lamp or Liz Fridge.  The couch, fridge, table, cupboard and skateboard shelf are all texture change and the cupboard and skateboard shelf both come in an empty version or with items attached.

Other newness are the Kitsch Wall Plates  and Hello Pallet from Floorplan and Stacked Coffee Table from A.D.D. Andel.  I ended up loving this so much I kept it up for several days after and lived in it!

The Challenge – California Bungalow

The second round of The Challenge started yesterday and will run for the next week, with this rounds theme being California Bungalow.  There are five stores taking place and I have lots of goodies from most of them to show you.

We have to start off with the Blue Bungalow from L&K Prefabs that is a small two room cottage that is made completely of mesh and comes with or without shadows baked on.  It is also 100%mesh and copy/mod.  The chairs, bench, plants, mailbox and doormat are all part of the Bungalow Veranda from Cleo Design’s.  There are many other pieces included in this package (not shown) which also include an amazing Veranda itself that can be set up near your home or could even be used as a deck on it’s own.  All pieces from Cleo Designs are mod/no copy.

From 22769 We have the California Bungalow Night Stand that comes in two options, the full nightstand with everything included and attached (as shown) or the plain nightstand with all the items separately.  Everything is 100% mesh and also is copy/mod.  I also included some additional pics of the houses interior so that you could get a glimpse at what it looks like inside.

From End of Daze we have the incredible Dining At Home table also for The Challenge. The table can rez up to three meals, Tea, Table and Lunch with the option before for two or four people.  I’m showing you the setting for four for lunch and the table option is just the place settings themselves with no food.  Each of the chairs includes eight male or female animations for eating or just chatting.  It comes with in a rezbox so it makes it super easy to place the set but is only copy and no mod so keep that in mind if you needed to make changes to it.

50 Shades of Sexy – Pillow Talk

Today’s post is combining several different things all into one.  First is week nine of The 50 Shades of Sexy challenge called  Pillow Talk.  Since pillow talk can mean so many different things to so many people in this modern age of ours I went with one that many online couples share, chatting online till the wee hours of morning.  I know I’ve been there in the days when my hubby and I first met online, eventually moving to the phone since it was just easier for both of us.

I always love it when a plan comes together like it did this week.  I knew what I wanted to do for my 50 Shades post and then wished I had a new bedroom to show you in the process when as if answering my needs I had the awesome Cuir Bedroom set from Wayward Muse dropped on me.  It’s currently available at The Outlet for a discounted price along with all sorts of other fab goodies from other designers you should check out.  Other new pieces that just went perfectly in my room were the Little Wall of Quilt frames from Tatty Soup, Bertram Desk from End of Daze and Book Clock from What Next.  As always just click the pics if you need a larger view and have a fabulous weekend!

The Challenge – Tudor

The Challenge has begun.  A new home and garden monthly event where those designers taking part are challenged to create items inspired by and that fit into a randomly chosen theme.  They have one month to complete the item(s) for each round.  The first round’s theme was Tudor and five different creators took part.  There is no special pricing on the items but designers are encouraged to reduce the cost of the item for the first week of it’s release.  The items are marked with a special marker and are available until the next round begins.

From End of Daze we have the awesome Tudor Chaise which  is mesh, comes in three different styles ( Chaise 1 is shown) and is filled with twelve single animations and six couple animations.  I found this bench to be perfect to work both inside or outside and has only a 5 LI.  Then we have the fantastic “RHYS” Pergola from [BRENO] that comes in two versions with or without curtains(shown).  The curtained version is 27 LI and comes with the option of changing curtain combos by clicking the rod; the uncurtained version is 17LI.  Both versions are mesh and copy/mod.  I love how simple and versatile it is and since it’s not huge is perfect for anyone with a smaller plot of land, but, is modifiable if you have the space for something bigger.  I also want to make special mention of the gorgeous Ume or Japanese Apricot trees surrounding the pergola.  They are the latest release from Frog’s Garden and come in two different styles with four textures choices.

Newness From Round 11 of The Outlet

The latest round of The Outlet is filled with some fabulous furniture finds. From Michigan Shack there is the Blue Stencil Hemnes Loveseat and Daybed.  The love seat is made specifically for couples and is filled with animations for you and your loved one, whereas the daybed has only single animations.

Wayward Muse again brings us some cute items to fill our home or business.  I adore the chalkboards that come in a coffee or love version and which you can  put your own textures into the pics.  They also have these awesome industrial frames that you can also add your own pics into.  Along with the industrial they have a black frame version that is not shown.  Then from Cobblestone, we have the hallway table that really makes a great table anywhere in your home.  It includes the books, lamp, keys and pic frames.  There are only a few days left of this round so be sure to head over to The Outlet and have a look!  Happy Shopping!
