I find myself rather busy in SL the last few days so this is going to be a quick post to let you know that Winter Fair is now open and will run for two weeks. There are so many incredible things to be found there to fill your closets with lots of winter goodness. Since I have so much to share with you today I’m just gonna dive right in. I’m gonna start with my LOTD which features two of my favorite things in both RL and SL, jeans and a baggy sweater. As soon as I saw this fabulous sweater from The Secret Store I had to run down and snatch it up, it’s the kinda sweater I had just been waiting for someone to release and how perfectly it went with the new mesh jeans from ColdLogic. I have to say these are the first pair of jeans I’ve considered fatpacking in SL since I love them so much. The gorgeous new Marise skin from Censored just helped me get that overall girl next door sorta look that I was going for. I mean don’t I just look so sweet? Hey, wipe that smirk off your face! Finishing off my outfit is the super cute new short hair from Exile and earrings and nails from Izzie’s along with microphone ring from Pepper.
From Prism Furniture I have the incredible Harvest Moon Gazebo, chairs, end table, butter churn and lantern. Everything in this fabulous set is mesh except for the butter churn and lantern, is copy/mod and can be purchased seperately at the main store. Since it’s mesh you do need to have a mesh enabled viewer to be able to see it properly. I have to say this is one of my absolute fave sets for the fall, it’s just perfect for kicking back and watching the leaves fall from the trees.STYLE CARD:

Hello Lovelies! I know it’s been a few days again and I’m slowly getting back to 100%, but, if I must confess it wasn’t my illness that kept me away but my addiction to the Arcade Gacha. Yes it’s true, I found myself trying to collect all the things I wanted and I’m still trying to get my hands on a pair of rare White Deco Bolts so if anyone reading this has a pair drop me a note inworld! But before I digress any further I better get on with what I’m actually wearing today! And one of my fave things I’m wearing, which is actually from the Arcade, are the Ingenue Adelaide Flats. They come in a variety of colors and cost 50L per play. I’m lucky enough to be wearing the Noir shade since those are one of the two rares you can get.
Along with the Arcade is the fabulous latest round of Collabor88 which is where you can find these amazing tweed mesh pants from BOOM and necklace from Maxi Gossamer. The necklace also comes with Silver in the same pack and the pants come in several different colors in multiple mesh sizes. My face piercing is more newness from Ivy. called Sheena, which comes with the option to change metals or stones or the fatpack that lets you do both. I’m showing you the fatpack because for everything you get it’s such a bargain. Wrapping up the look is more pretty from {me.} Jewelry which you can get at the latest round of Perfect Wardrobe. There are several metal colors available and you can also buy matching bracelets seperately. Before I go I finally got a decent pic of the Synthetique nails that I simply adore. So a few weeks ago I went on a hunt around the grid looking for some new swimsuits since most of the ones in my inventory I got ages ago and really need to be pitched, and will soon. That is when I found Mon Cheri and thier absolutely amazing suits! In my opinion they are the best I’ve seen on the grid, I absolutely adore the little details and how truely well made everything is. The last few days I’ve been listening to this song by Matt Nathanson over and over, so of-course that means I have share it with you! This song is just so sexy and reminds me of someone that’s very special to me. I can’t believe that August will be three years since we first met and through all the ups and downs we have come out being closer than ever. He’s truely an amazing guy and this song is for him. <3
The One Voice Fundraiser for Gala Phoenix of Curio Skins has been under way for only over two days now and not only has it been packed around the clock it has already made over $7500 US for Gala’s legal fees! Due to it’s overwhelming popularity the event organizers have extented the event for another week and have let creators put venders in thier store! After spending close to an entire day trying to get in myself I was able to run around and drain my pockets of linden, everything I saw was amazing! This gorgeous skin from LAQ, pretty dress from La Petite Morte, chest tat from Delusions and back tat from Collisions are all from the event with monies going to the cause. Delusions chest tattoo includes five different words to choose from and I was happily surprised when the word “live” went so perfectly with the other tattoo from Collisions. The back tattoo may become a more permanant tat for me since I can relate to the words being that I am such a creative person in and out of sl.
While getting my post together I was listening to the new release from The Killers from thier upcoming fall album Battle Born! From the moment I heard it it was instant love and I’ve been listening to it over and over getting a new set of goosebumps every time. I can only hope that a new album means a new tour so I can go see them again in concert, freaking amazeballs! Have a listen! <3

As some of you may or may not know the owner of Curio, Gala Phoenix, is in a RL legal battle with another SL skin designer. To help her raise legal fees the SL Community and her fellow content creators have come together to create the One Voice Fundraiser to help/support Curio Skins. 50%-100% of all purchases will be going to the cause. This incredible event starts tonight, July 9th at midnight slt and runs until July 15th. Katya Valeska explains it best on the SL Blogger Support website what is going on. For this event Sleeping Koala has put out this super cute dress in three different colors, green (which I’m wearing), blue and red. A simple post today for a simple look which I absolutely love! The dress is from Pesca for the latest round of The Zombie Popcorn Brand and the hair is new from Wasabi Pills for the Fairytales event. Just love how this dress fits and looks, a perfect way to stay cool on a hot day and still look pulled together! I’m also discovering that I like bangs on myself thanks to Wasabi and styles like this one. The bag from Censored isn’t new but a great fun little accessory for toting all your summer goodies in.
