Autumn Awesomeness

Since I have so much to share with you today I’m just gonna dive right in.  I’m gonna start with my LOTD which features two of my favorite things in both RL and SL, jeans and a baggy sweater.  As soon as I saw this fabulous sweater from The Secret Store I had to run down and snatch it up, it’s the kinda sweater I had just been waiting for someone to release and how perfectly it went with the new mesh jeans from ColdLogic. I have to say these are the first pair of jeans I’ve considered fatpacking in SL since I love them so much.  The gorgeous new Marise skin from Censored just helped me get that overall girl next door sorta look that I was going for. I mean don’t I just look so sweet? Hey, wipe that smirk off your face!  Finishing off my outfit is the super cute new short hair from Exile and earrings and nails from Izzie’s along with microphone ring from Pepper. 

From Prism Furniture I have the incredible Harvest Moon Gazebo, chairs, end table, butter churn and lantern.  Everything in this fabulous set is mesh except for the butter churn and lantern, is copy/mod and can be purchased seperately at the main store.  Since it’s mesh you do need to have a mesh enabled viewer to be able to see it properly. I have to say this is one of my absolute fave sets for the fall, it’s just perfect for kicking back and watching the leaves fall from the trees.STYLE CARD:

Urban Wardrobe

I best make this quick since my kiddo has been in rare trouble making form the last couple days! Not even sure where to begin since I am in love with this entire outfit full of newness!  This rounds theme for Perfect Wardrobe is Urban which is where I snatched up this incredible mesh top from YoPulga, nails from Izzie’s and earrings from BenS Beauty.  The earrings also come with a matching necklace and the nails are texture change by HUD with different colors of cracked polish. 

As if that wasn’t enough to stop my fashionista heart Lelutka recently released more fabulous new hair and I ran down and grabbed Belle!  This gorgeous mesh style comes with a color changing hair band and the option to wear with or without the side pony!  And just when I thought my outfit was done and it couldn’t get any better I got a group notice from EY:NO about thier new releases!  As soon as I got done looking at the pics I tped over and got the super gorgeous new Dramatic face piercing in silver and both the new Filigran ring and necklace also in silver.  All three items also come in a gold option(which is sold seperately) and the rings, necklace and lip ring stone are color change just by a click!

A Simple Look For My 100th Post!

I’ve taken the last few days away from blogging to work some on my new land, it’s not close to being done but it’s been fun watching it come together. I find landscaping and decorating to be so therapeutic! This is what I’ve had on the past couple days while I shop and work. A Medley of Newness

So much newness today I don’t know where to begin! First is the new Kalle hair from Truth, when I saw this style I just went to the store and bought it, no demo, just bought. It was so amazing in the pic I knew I had to get it. Kalle comes in two bang options, with root options and has a color change band, simply love it’s mix of messy yet controlled style. Next is the new Name necklace from Pepper! When I got the group notice this morning I decided to take off the necklace I was going to wear in this post and instead where this. You can personalize each of the six blocks on the necklace with either letters or symbols. I went with my name, since it made the most sense, but if I’m ever in a mood I can change it to something not so nice lol.

Lastly is this awesome new dress from Medley, a store I learned about from my most fabulous friend Kimbra! All she had to do was say the magic word mesh and I was there to check it out! So much cool newness I couldn’t believe it! This dress was by far my fave, it comes in red(shown) as well as tan, eggplant, blue and black and costing only 249L! I do need to say be sure to demo since it runs alittle small (I’m wearing the large) but I love that I can have my boobs much closer to normal in this dress than I can with most mesh. Finally I just have to mention my fave lipstick from Acid and Mala yet again, since I did a close up of it today, this time in red. I love the gloss factor on it as well as how plump and luscious my lips look when I have it on. I would recommend trying to get them in every color if you can!

My Attic Goes Retro

There is a new event that just started called  My Attic  and by the looks of it, it will become a fast fave of mine.  It was full of amazing quality items by some of Second Life’s most incredible designers and everything costing only 95L!  This round they went retro and all I can say is wow!  I had a hard time deciding what to buy and then what to wear for this post.  Finally I chose the timeless yet simple black mesh dress from Maitreya Mesh;  Now this is how this silhouette should look, slinky, sexy and polished.  Along with the dress I bought the fantastic mesh hair from Exile, which is not only a fab retro style, but,  the hairband is also texture change giving you more versatility. Completing my look is the red cateye glasses and necklace from PurpleMoon Creations and Alex Pumps from G Field!

Mesh In The Springtime

Spring is arriving at sims all over the grid, including the beautiful Izzie’s sim where I decided to take a bike ride around the lake.  It was simply so peaceful there (except for the capsized boat in the lake lol) and a perfect way to enjoy my day as well as this baggy tee from Jane currently available at Mesh Madness.  It’s so simple and easy I just love it.  Another one of those styles that seems questionable on the rack, but leaves no question about how great it is once you put it on.

Simple, Sexy & Mesh!

 I absolutely love this long wavey mesh hair from Wasabi Pills, it’s simply gorgeous and frames my face so perfectly!  Then there is the simple, short and sexy dress from PurpleMoon that you can find right now at the Tropicalia Bazaar!  Between the two I found I didn’t need much else to make this outfit come together, sometimes simple is just the best way to go!

My love for mesh deepens with this dress from Cold Logic! It’s a subscribo gift that you can get by clicking the big white sign infront of their soon to be store! It’s mesh, comes in three different colors and is amazing…Another style that just could not be done right without mesh. I’m not very familiar with the brand Cold Logic and not sure if it’s new or not, but either way after getting this dress I can’t wait to see what other offerings they will have once the store is open. I think I am already a fan! The other thing I am super excited about is the lipstick that I picked up from {.essences.} over at the Fashionably Late event. You get eight colors for only 70L and for me one of those was the shade of red I’ve been hunting the grid for forever! Yes it’s the shade I’m wearing below. Yay!

A Mesh of Goodness

Think I will make this short and sweet tonight, for a variety of reasons, mostly RL ones. I’m falling in love with mesh, slow but sure it is happening, much like when I fell in love with prim feet and toes so many moons ago. I love how it moves, looks and fits. Both the dress from Boom and the boots from Maitreya Mesh are both drool worthy. I’m excited to see what is on the horizen for us as more and more mesh items hit the grid! Oh and I better not forget the new awesome rings and nails group gift from Pepper!
