Artist Retreat

Today I have more amazing to show you from the Four Walls Hunt.  Almost everything used to make up this room is from the hunt minus the artwork from What Next and painters stool from Lisp.  That gives you an idea of all the incredible quality stuff you can get for only $20L per hunt item.  For more hunt info head over to the official Four Walls Hunt  website!

This room came together on it’s own filled with bright pops of color mixed with the deep wood tones.  Giving it that lived in feeling are the little accessories and details that come with some of the hunt gifts, such as the cupcakes, calender, guitar and paint palette.  You have until January 31st to complete this hunt and as always for a larger view just click the pic!

My Footie Pajamas

One of my favorite things to do in RL is read, there is nothing like curling up with a good book and hot cup of coffee on a cold snowy or rainy day.  Yes when I say book, I mean an actual book made of paper pages and a cover, not that there is anything wrong with tablets( I actually own a Nook) but there is an experience you get with a book that you can’t without it.  So I guess then it’s no surprise that I love to read in SL, I’ve always had reading animations and make sure to have a special little corner I can go to and relax.  Last night I decided to slip into my reindeer footie jammies, grab some hot cocoa and snuggle up by the fire for a read in my bedroom.  My idea of a peaceful winter night.

Round Two of The Outlet started October 15th and runs for two weeks. If you haven’t heard of this event or have never been to this event, you really need to go.  It’s full of awesomeness by some amazing designers all at a remarkable discount price!  Today I’m showing you two incredible pieces of furniture you can get there but you can also find all sorts of other great things too.  Your TP to The Outlet.From [WM] there is the Contemporary Loveseat that comes with female, male and unisex single sits as well as couple sits.  The loveseat is also copy/mod and is texture change by drop down window with six colors and a tintable and tintable w/switch options too.  From MudHoney we have this incredible seat that comes in all three of the colors above, teal, chocolate and ruby.  I’m in love with them all.  They are copy/mod and have the cutest single animations.

Getting Comfy

I decided to wear my outfit in green on a chilly night as I enjoyed my new mesh Laura Chairs from MudHoney that you can currently get at the FaMESHed event!  They went so perfect in my livingroom I just had to get them!  Now if only I could find a couch that went with them that I loved just as much.  After some thinking, daydreaming and vegging out I decided it might be fun to jump around in the moonlight!  So I did!
