Spring Flowers

Hello All!  Just alittle mishmash of newness to show you today.  The jewels are from Pure Poison and a perfect compliment to this gorgeous dress from Lassitude & Ennui.  Adam and Eve have two special versions of their Bethany skin out at the latest round of My Attic, there is a fall version and also the spring version which I’m wearing.  The first skin I ever wore in SL was from Adam and Eve so wearing this takes me back.

On a side note of sorts, this is the first picture I’ve done with the latest Firestorm viewer and I’m just amazed.  With this version I’m able to set my graphics to sit between high and ultra and also set my resolution for my pics higher than I normally do since this version took care of those ugly black lines.  I’m not sure if anyone else will see a change, but I saw a vast difference in the quality of this pic compared to my older photos.  It is leaving me excited to see how much I’m improving personally and to see what I might come up with in the future.

Camouflage at Perfect Wardrobe

I’m sure you could imagine my excitement when I found out that Perfect Wardrobe had a whole theme dedicated to camouflage, so of-course I had to head right on down and take a peak.  I wanted almost everything they had but did limit myself.  I did pick up the tank/shrug combo from Corvus, Camo eyeshadow from Izzie’s and Camo Nails from :FY:.  The nails and shadow come in a pack of several colors all for only 95L each.

I’m sure you have also heard that Gos released new flip flop add-ons over the weekend for his flat mesh feet, if you haven’t then you must be living under a SL rock.  I have been waiting for these since the mesh feet were released and as soon as notice went through the group chat that they were in store I ran down and snatched the fatpack.  I’m so in love, they are just fantastic and come in so many colors.  Keep in mind you do need Gos’ mesh flat feet in V2 for them to work but are worth every penny when you think that his feet/shoes come with that fabulous skin matching system.

Senzafine & Pure Poison For The SL Buddy Walk

Today I have more goodies to show you from theSL Buddy Walkthat is a fantastic event to raise awareness/money for the National Down Syndrome Society.  From Senzafine we have this super cute top and skirt set that can be worn together or apart.  I adore the texturing on the skirt so much and I adore the super long sleeves on the top.  A perfect fit with the outfit are the earrings from Pure Poison that come in an assortment of colors and with the option of gold or silver metal.

My Footie Pajamas

One of my favorite things to do in RL is read, there is nothing like curling up with a good book and hot cup of coffee on a cold snowy or rainy day.  Yes when I say book, I mean an actual book made of paper pages and a cover, not that there is anything wrong with tablets( I actually own a Nook) but there is an experience you get with a book that you can’t without it.  So I guess then it’s no surprise that I love to read in SL, I’ve always had reading animations and make sure to have a special little corner I can go to and relax.  Last night I decided to slip into my reindeer footie jammies, grab some hot cocoa and snuggle up by the fire for a read in my bedroom.  My idea of a peaceful winter night.
