My post today is to show you the super cute top from Somnia called Kawaii Comfort.  It comes in a pack of eight different colors and I’ve loved it so much I have worn it for several days now.  It also gave me reason to finally buy a pair of the shoe/legwarmer combos I’ve been admiring at Blueberry for awhile.  You can wear the legwarmers and sneakers together or separate and you know how I love that!

Quiet Comfort

Now that spring has come to my new land I’ve been spending time landscaping and deciding what goodies will make it out of my inventory.  And of-course, even though my inventory is already packed with awesome I have to go out looking to see if there is anything new that I must have instead.  Since it was still chilly out today I decided to throw on this fab new mesh duffle coat from NiNi Creations while surveying the parcel.  This is the kinda coat I just adore, since it’s perfect for spring and fall looks, comes in a variety of colors and is perfect for those more relaxed days.

My Beauty Base Zero

I first heard about this blogger challenge on GoGo’s Juicy Bomb blog and immediately knew I had to do it.  It’s not often you see a blogger stripped down to no make-up, no jewels, no flash or flair but just themselves, or their Basic Base Zero.  This challenge originated from Portia Pexington at her blog Something New, where you can go to learn even more about it.

Other bloggers I’ve seen do this challenge seem to pick a saved outfit that they use before they put an outfit together.  Something clean and simple that they just default too.  I might be the only blogger than that does not have any saved default outfits, not a one.  Typically I just strip myself naked and go from there lol, but since I can’t really post that, I put together a fresh look using what I consider to be my main, can’t  live without items. My main skin from Glam Affair,  favorite green eyes from Mayfly and mesh feet from J’s are what I always go back to; They are the things that I consider to be me, no matter how much I change my eyes or skins or hair.  I also can’t forget to mention that this is my original, un-modded shape created by me ages ago.  Like most of us today I have various shapes to fit different types of mesh clothing, but when I can and when I’m naked this is always the “me” I go back to.  So, what is your Beauty Base Zero?

Feeling A Bit Red

Today was a redhead kinda day, filled with sass up to my eyeballs and the shocked faces of some new friends to prove it lol.  My hair, eyes and skin are all from Amacci for the Around The World event and all fabulous.  The hair and eyes come in a huge variety of colors and the skin comes with many make-up options as well as additional lipsticks, the choice for with or without teeth and lots of cleavage or even less.  My boots are from Lassitude & Ennui and are gacha items for the Unhinged event, while my awesome jewelry is from Maxi Gossamer at the latest round of Collabor88.  Lastly from Cynful we have a newish release, the casual V-Top that is partial mesh, comes in many colors and also has boobie appliers you can buy.

Raiding My Closet – Week One

My friend and fellow blogger Lucie Bluebird brought back the Raid Your Closet Challenge this year and as soon as I heard I knew I had to take part! The challenge is to put together a new outfit for every Monday in October using only things in your inventory.  This first week was pretty easy since I have so much newness to show you, but I’m sure it will get alittle more difficult with each look.  Then again, I could be wrong since my inventory is stuffed with many things I have bought and never worn lol.  Today’s look has newness from two of my fave stores, Somnia and {me.}. 

My exceptions to this challenge will be my shape (which I NEVER change) skin and lashes.  Although I might change up my skin with others I have in my inventory, this is what I consider my main and I rarely if ever change my lashes lol.

Getting Comfy

It’s My Bag!

Today I’m showing you a new bag set from Sparrowtree Studios which I wanted the second I saw it!  The set includes six different poses and one bag that can be personalized for any letter you choose just by clicking the bag.   The poses are not built into the bag which I love because you have the flexiblity to use this bag or any bag you choose, or no bag at all!  Yes these poses are great to use all on thier own!

I also wanted to show you these new cute tops from Somnia that will be available at the upcoming Culture Shock event starting May 4th.  They come in a wide variety of colors broken down into a darks pack and a lights pack.  I love how there is that little bit of black lace trim peeking out around the cleavage, and yes I love how my cleavage looks in this tee.  There is nothing worse than a shirt that makes my boobs look all frumpy.

Lastly I just had to show you this new face piercing from Atooly.  I love that it is delicate enough to still be feminine while at the same time giving you some originality.

The Great Inventory Cleanup!

Yes I am currently trying to clean my insanely out of control inventory.  How’s it been going? Well let’s just say I’m not deleting as much as I thought I would be and it’s going to be a long, slow and annoying process.   So, while I clean inventory I might not be blogging as much unless the spirit moves me or I get something that I am so excited over I have to share.  That, or some great, but not new, find that got lost in my inventory and I finally found it lol.  Today’s look was inspired by two things, the fabulous new lipstick from Acid & Mala and Somnia’s Button Flap Jeans.  I don’t think I can gush enough about this new lipstick from A&M, which is currently available at The Black Market Event!  This pack is full of six crazy colors( black, purple, blue, green, teal and dark red) that come in both teeth or no teeth options.  Normally I am not a fan of teeth, but I absolutely love them with this lipstick.  I can’t wait till they make more of these with more pink and red tones!  The other fabulous find for me is the jeans from Somnia.  No they aren’t new, but they are still fabulous.  I love how they ride low, but not super low and you get several different colors for only 200L.

Yoga At Sunset

What better way to show off the yoga pants and jersey I got at the Love Gatcha at Amira then by doing some yoga on my new mat from Cheeky Pea! I’m wearing the “Erotic” jersey from Snatch and pants from Somnia, but there are many other colors and sayings to choose from. So Much Fabulous!

I don’t know where to start, there is so much fabulousness that I want to share with you today! Well first off I bought a new skin! Even though I play around wearing different skins from time to time I usually have what I call my main skin that I wear 95% of the time. Even though I still loved my skin from Tuli( and might still wear it) I just couldnt resist the urge to find something new, afterall it’s been close to a year since I have bought one. I discovered Lara Hurley skins during the With Love Again Hunt, and vowed I would go back and try out other skins. Well needless to say when Mia was released and I saw it around the feeds I finally tried it on for myself and fell in love. I know I’ve found the right skin when I don’t want to take it off! I absolutely love the face and makeups for Mia, plus the fact it came with dark eyebrows, I also loved all the shading and detailing of the body. She is simply beautiful! I broke down and got the fat pack which not only comes with ten makeup choices it also comes with cleavage option, blond brows and loads of other make ups to wear too!

Next on my fabulous list is this dress from LouLou&Co for the Where Is The Concert Hunt. I still can’t get over this dress is mesh AND cost me nothing to get but alittle time to find the ticket! It fits like a dream and comes in various sizes and the belt and ruffles are seperate and come with a resizing script to get a perfect fit! This is a must own for any mesh lover!

The next new fave would be the clutch from O&N that I found on the marketplace. There are so many colors to choose from and each actual clutch comes with five menu driven color choices for only 175L! That is like five purses in one! I love this clutch, the detail is wonderful and could be worn dressed up or down. If you haven’t noticed I’m all about making my accessories go a long way, so I try to choose things that are more flexible!
